The Activate range has become a staple in the triathlon world, rightfully gaining a reputation for being a super high-quality product, which offers extremely good value. The collection, including the tri-suits, tops and shorts, was first launched in 2014, and has since been used by thousands of athletes all over the world.

We originally designed this collection for beginner triathletes, or for those looking for a great value suit to train in. We know that our Activate range has helped encourage multisport participation, by giving new entrants a high-quality product, but at a more affordable price.

Our latest Activate range is better than ever with a multitude of new features to improve on comfort and a new panel design, to ensure an even better fit. The tri- suit is made from Lycra Sport fabric, to ensure longevity, breathability, comfort and performance.

This product is perfect as a first ever tri-suit but if you're looking for that 'something extra, check out our Aquaflo+ range, which is superb in terms of performance and aesthetics.

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request.

 

Return Process:

1. Please use this link to submit your request with your order number and reason for return. 

2. You will receive an email confirmation from us, and we may request supporting documents/photos for assessment.

3. Provide a copy of your order receipt with the returned item

4. Post your package back to us after our assessment.

5. Once we receive your return, and everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. 

 

General Terms

- Use the shipping method of your choice for returns. Paceline is not liable for any damage or loss of returned packages.
- We recommend insuring any package you return through the carrier and keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
- Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase, while PayPal refunds will be credited to the respective account.
