Description

The GORILLA CAGE helps prevent bottles ejecting from cages on bumpy roads, and saddle-mounted water bottle carriers. The cage has over 2X the gripping force of conventional carbon cages due to the 6 high shouldered carbon gripping fingers, tall retention tab at the top and thicker carbon material. The GORILLA CAGE will fit on any standard cage mounts.

Warning
To ensure the best possible fit with the GORILLA CAGE, use a bottle that has a groove all the way around that is uniform and fits tightly into the hook at the top of the GORILLA CAGE.

Bottles with shorter groves that do not fit properly into the hook like the Camelback Podium, and bottles with grooves that are not uniform around the entire circumference like the Polar Insulated bottles are not recommended for use with the XLAB GORILLA CAGE. In our experience these two bottles do not stay in place on rear carriers due to the lack of a groove for the cages to grip.

Insulated Bottle Notice
Recommended insulated bottle is the XLAB COOL SHOT. The cage's anti-ejection properties cannot be guaranteed with other brands of insulated bottles.

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request.
    Cost of Return:
    We do not cover cost of postage of the return.
      Conditions for Returns:
      All returned items must be as new and include all original tags and product packaging in good condition.
         

        Return Process:

        1. Please use this link to submit your request with your order number and reason for return. 

        2. You will receive an email confirmation from us, and we may request supporting documents/photos for assessment.

        3. Provide a copy of your order receipt with the returned item

        4. Post your package back to us after our assessment.

        5. Once we receive your return, and everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. 

         

        General Terms

        - Use the shipping method of your choice for returns. Paceline is not liable for any damage or loss of returned packages.
        - We recommend insuring any package you return through the carrier and keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
        - Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase, while PayPal refunds will be credited to the respective account.
