The POC Calyx Snow & Mountaineering Helmet is a true multi-discipline helmet, designed to protect you whether you’re skiing, cycling, or mountaineering. Meeting strict safety standards across three different certification categories, it delivers reliable protection in a lightweight, ventilated, and durable design.

Engineered for comfort in changing conditions, the Calyx features deep internal ventilation channels and adjustable top vents for precise airflow control. Fabric-covered front and rear channels allow fresh air in while reducing windchill, ensuring consistent comfort in cold or mild weather.

Drawing inspiration from both POC’s ski and cycling heritage, the helmet features a low-profile, packable design. Soft, removable ear pads can be folded into the helmet or removed entirely, making it ideal for warmer days, cycling, or alpine use.

Protection is enhanced with a dual-density EPS liner, offering extra impact absorption where it matters most, and a durable ABS outer shell. The 360° fit system can be tucked fully inside the helmet, reducing storage size and making the Calyx fully packable.

For maximum versatility, the helmet includes removable ear pads, a removable goggle clip, and a neck warmer, giving you complete freedom to adapt your protection to any adventure.

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request.

 

Return Process:

1. Please use this link to submit your request with your order number and reason for return. 

2. You will receive an email confirmation from us, and we may request supporting documents/photos for assessment.

3. Provide a copy of your order receipt with the returned item

4. Post your package back to us after our assessment.

5. Once we receive your return, and everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

- Use the shipping method of your choice for returns. Paceline is not liable for any damage or loss of returned packages.
- We recommend insuring any package you return through the carrier and keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
- Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase, while PayPal refunds will be credited to the respective account.
