What makes the ZONE3 Transition Bag different?

Boasting a 40 litre capacity and an innovative design that makes it much more than just a bag to carry kit in. The transition bag has been cleverly designed so that each compartment is accessed independently to help maximise space and functionality.

We found that most backpacks on the market were not sturdy enough to remain standing unless the bottom section was being used or there were no compartments. In our unique design we have tailored the inner linings between each compartment so they can naturally flow into the compartment below, ensuring it can stand strong regardless of how full or empty it is.

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request.
    Cost of Return:
    We do not cover cost of postage of the return.
      Conditions for Returns:
      All returned items must be as new and include all original tags and product packaging in good condition.
         

        Return Process:

        1. Please use this link to submit your request with your order number and reason for return. 

        2. You will receive an email confirmation from us, and we may request supporting documents/photos for assessment.

        3. Provide a copy of your order receipt with the returned item

        4. Post your package back to us after our assessment.

        5. Once we receive your return, and everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. 

         

        General Terms

        - Use the shipping method of your choice for returns. Paceline is not liable for any damage or loss of returned packages.
        - We recommend insuring any package you return through the carrier and keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
        - Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase, while PayPal refunds will be credited to the respective account.
